Apply to Minority Scholarship 2018-19

Minority scholarship is for minority students. There is the various department of state and central government for the minority scholarship. Pre-matric, post matric, merit cum means, and many other scholarship schemes are available. You can apply for this scholarship if you belong to minority according to the government report. Pre-Matric Scholarship:

As per the notification, all the students who read class I-X can apply for this scholarship. But madhyamik qualified students cannot apply. Who had qualified madhyamik exam please read below. There is another minority scholarship for passed out students. To apply for this scholarship student need to fulfil all the criteria. So read the notification given below. If you do not belong to minority community you cannot apply. Before the application please sure about your family annual income. At the time of application check, again and again, your spelling of name address with support documents.

Eligibility:

Students who have secured not less than 50% marks in the previous final examination can apply for the minority scholarship. With this, the annual income of student’s parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs. 1 lakh. whose family income is more than that are not eligible for this minority scholarship. Among the total 30% scholarship is reserved for girls student. If there is not available sufficient girls candidate then it will distribute to the boys’ students who are eligible.

A student can apply for only one minority scholarship. So do not apply to any other place. Though there is may minority scholarship available you can not apply. So keep in mind.

At the end of the form, you will get submit option. Then click on submit. After submit take a print out of acknowledgement slip and application. It is necessary for verification at school. Post-Matric Scholarship:

There is another scholarship for minority students. This post matric scholarship is for those who have passed the madhyamik exam. That means who reads in class XI or going to take admission for class XI can apply. If you want to apply then please read this section carefully. Not only the XI students. After madhyamik, all the students can apply for this. If you read in H.S or higher even Ph.D. you also can apply. The eligibility and all other conditions are given below. So read it and then go to apply. The link for application is given below.

Eligibility:

The students who have secured more than 50% marks in the previous final exam can apply. But there is also another thing that you should note. Annual family income must be within 2 Lakh. If it exceeds the 2Lakh limit that means if the family annual income is more than that from all sources then you are not eligible.

Also, note that you need a valid income proof so do not hide income. It may harm you. This is also 30% reserved for girls. If there is not sufficient student then it will divide into boys’.

Merit Cum Means Scholarship:

This scholarship is are for those students who study in India only. This scholarship is for meritorious students. So we personally recommend you that if you have more than 70 to 80% marks then you go to apply for this. It depends on budget of ministry.
